How to Boil a Frog: Lucifer Turns up the Heat

Most of us have heard a metaphoric story regarding a frog and boiling water that goes something like this. If you wish to boil a frog, do not boil the water first. When you put the frog in the hot water, it will jump out right away. Rather, put the frog in a pot of cool water, then slowly turn up the heat.
